We are a nonproft entity that has provided 911 ambulance service to the Village of Irvington for more than 60 years. The majority of our emergencies are attended to by our highly-trained and dedicated EMT volunteers.

Most of those volunteers are your neighbors right here in Irvington. New York is among the dozens of states where EMS is not deemed an “essential” government service. Please consider supporting our first responders with a donation today.

Volunteer

Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps is always seeking new volunteers to join our ranks. Basic first aid and CPR training is all that is needed to start helping out. It's provided for free and just takes a few hours.

For decades, our local residents have helped serve their friends, family, and neighbors through volunteering at IVAC. Consider joining today. For active volunteers, EMT training and other certification courses are available for free.
